We had Kelly James out to help is with our new well. Originally they were called to possibly investigate the shared well we were using and possibly lower our pump. We kept running out of water and we're hoping it was a simple fix but with some additional research on my end I realized there was nothing left we could do with the shared well and needed to look into getting our own well drilled! That's when we were referred to Herr who usually partners with Kelly James for well installation. For Kellys side of the job, we worked with Scott. He was extremely straight to the point & informative but in a college buddy kind of way. Very easy to talk to but also professional. My husband especially, got along with Scott really well. My husband is a plumber so makes sense, haha. Anyways, they came a few days after the well drilling and got everything done quickly! And here we are with our own water, just in time for us to welcome our new bundle of joy anyday now! Highly recommend! A++

Super awesome company to work with!!! I was woke up by the wife last friday at 5am saying..."we have NO water!", real life nightmare. I see myself as a fairly handy guy so I put my slippers on and headed to the basement. I do an overview of stuff ya know basically nothing as i dont know much about water systems in a house..so after 20min on youtube I feel "certified" and test a few things 1.Breaker is on----check 2.4yr kid didn't break anything--check 3.Fuse thing is doing fuse things--check 4. Clicker thing sparks--check Well the check list landed me on the "Replace Pump" category which is worse case senerio...I found out most pumps are like 100ft in the earth and my slippers were not going to tackle that job alone so I looked for the mom/pop company on Google with the best reviews. Kelly James was top of my list and so I gave them a call. Yes it was like 6am and yes I hate calling places super early but I figured it would goto a message service and I would leave call back all good...no way I got an answer and he was super nice and understanding! He said he could be there in few hours and check it out! Upon arrival it turns out its the owners son who btw is honestly one of the coolest nicest guys, like an old buddy who you haven't seen in awhile. He did a bunch of actual certified checks and came to the conclusion that yes the pump is probably junk.... We discussed cost on replacement and explained they dont have too many options as they only use high quality pumps/hardware that they know work and last, no tring to sell me cheap crap or upsell me on stuff i dont need just " this is what works, this is the price" straight and to the point, awesome and sold! This is why i love mom/pop or father/son companies! When he pulled the pump, he revealed a burnt up nasty pump and both check valves were jammed up as well. He checked the pump was indeed on its death bed and started gathering stuff for the new system. When I say he replaced the pump, I should actually be saying he replaced every part, sleeve, connector, tube, wiring ALL of it. I thought he would just use all the existing stuff but Nope and he took the 100+ft of tubing and junk with him so no clean up after! I have a 4yr old and 90lb German shepherd who were "helping" him the whole time and he was super good with them even throwing sticks for my dog too! 10/10 and will always recommend them and call them when I have an issue!!! Thanks sooo much!
